I am a Top Management Seasoned Executive with 18+ years cross-border experience, mainly acquired in the Financial industry & Strategic Consulting at international level (worked around the globe, successively based in offices in Luxembourg, Italy, UK, France). My career path (from small-sized companies to international groups) combined with my ability to federate multicultural & diverse teams toward the creation and growth of sustainable and profitable business models for a very large range of industries and over multiple locations, led me to my current capacity as BH Group President.

Effective leader driven by new and complex challenges, I currently oversee the operations of a consortium of small-size, elite advisory & investment boutiques, performing Private Equity / VC Investments, Asset Management activities, and providing a large range of Strategy, Management & Financial Consulting Services. I also act as C-level transition manager (CEO, CFO, Head of Strategy) on part-time basis upon request from our top-tier clients. Last, I recently started overseeing our multi-Family office (UHNWI).

Since 2017, on top of our historical core-businesses in Europe and the Middle East, our group of companies has been increasingly acting as a bridge between Africa and Western countries’ impact investors and/or entrepreneurs, by structuring penetration of local markets, supporting the achievement of both sides’ financial & strategic objectives while fostering co-development and social initiatives in Africa.
